PRIVACY NOTICE
Collect less. Keep private review private.
HUHY is designed for public problem patterns and public tool links—not personal cases, internal records, or sensitive uploads.
What HUHY stores
Problem submissions and tool recommendations store the text and public links you provide, their review status, and an opaque record ID. A full problem submission remains in the private safety queue unless a steward approves a separate public brief.
Accounts and ratings
No account is required to suggest a problem or recommend a tool. If you sign in with ChatGPT to rate a tool or use an authorized steward workspace, HUHY receives the stable Sites user ID, email address, and optional display name supplied by the hosting platform.
Abuse prevention
For anonymous write requests, the hosting network address is combined with a private salt and converted into a one-way rate-limit identifier. HUHY does not store the raw address in its application database. Rate-limit buckets are designed for a 24-hour abuse-control window and are removed during subsequent write activity.
What HUHY does not accept
HUHY has no file-upload feature and is not intended for PII, PHI, CUI, credentials, internal screenshots, readiness information, operational data, or restricted-system content. If you are unsure whether information is public, leave it out.
External links and corrections
Directory listings may link to projects HUHY does not own. Their sites and repositories have their own privacy practices. Maintainers may recommend a correction or removal through the tool recommendation form or a public issue in the HUHY repository. Never place private information in a public issue.
Security or private requests
Use GitHub's private vulnerability-reporting channel for a security concern that should not be public. Do not paste sensitive government information into HUHY, GitHub, Reddit, or chat.
